Colin White, biographer of Nelson (Honorary Oxford degree)

The author of the above report is Colin White, who wrote the Nelson Encyclopedia. White died in January 2009 at the young age of 57. He was a graduate of Portsmouth University. He was a repeat guest at the New York City Trafalgar dinner, held every year for the last few years.
